Holly D. Gray

Gray’s work draws from 19 years of caring for her daughter with disabilities to explore conceptual narratives that consider both emotional and physical female labor. Through photography and sculpture, her practice examines quiet symbolism in caregiving, the passage of time, and acts of memorialization. Since 2005, Gray's artwork has been exhibited regionally and nationally and featured in various print and online publications. Her educational work includes local workshops for all ages, speaking engagements, private instruction, and teaching photography at the university level.
